When I open up Outlook, it seems like ClearContext is taking too long to load. Usually averages about 1 min and 40 secs. This started happening a month ago. Any advice on how I can remedy this? Thanks.
Assuming you are on Exchange, this could indicate a problem with your connection to your Exchange server. Adding the IP address of your Exchange server to your hosts file may resolve the issue. If you are unfamiliar with the hosts files, go to ClearContext > About > Email Support and send us that email along with the IP address of your Exchange server.
