ClearContext will not load

WOrking fine for years. Stopped last week. Performed instructions to un/reinstall including the utility to completely uninstall.
Environment: XP/SP3 fully patched. Outlook 2007. CC installs clean per messages and Admin Tools logfile. SImply does not start when I start Outlook.

CC does not appear in Outlook Trust Center as installed (disabled or not) in both places. Any ideas?

If ClearContext is not showing up in the trust center, then it is not getting installed properly. You may want to follow the complete uninstall instructions again. It is important that you pick the uninstall package that matches what you had installed before, and also to run the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility (msicuu2.exe).
