Contact Exporter not exporting all the emails

Dear Sir,

I am using ClearContext-5.4.3 version. I am using contact exporter feature but it is not extracing mail ids from all email. I have around 15k emails in my outlook 2003 in different folders but from that it is only extracting 600 email ids.

I am using 5 different accounts and for all 5 different accounts there are around 70 folders. FYI.

Is this the limitation of this software or i am using in wrong manner.

Please guide.

Sounds like you need to turn off the "Limit scan to recent messages" check box.
