Hi,

I have got a new machine. Once, I installed clear context , I get the caption msg everytime I try to open an email.
When I Click OK to the error message, the item opens without displaying the problem control.

I have tried disabling clear context, than the issue goes away.

Screen shot attached.
I am using Outlook 2007

I am not aware of ClearContext causing issues with save/busy information. Sometimes when running a reinstall or repair in Outlook, things get out of sync. Often times rebooting your computer and waiting some time for the Outlook data to re-establish itself will resolve the issue.
