FolderContext suggestions

1. Integrate Outlook's Reading Pane in FolderContext. Having a separate area for FolderContext sucks up too much real estate.
2. In the Contacts pane, email addresses are defaulting to X500 addresses instead of SMTP. Is this a bug, or am I not able to discover where it can be configured? If this is not configurable today, I'd love to see this become a user configurable setting (with the default being SMTP, not X500).

Thanks for the suggestions. FYI - Better Exchange Address resolution has been on our list for some time and we plan to tackle in a future release.
