How show unread messages as with Outlook search folder?

I am new to your software and feel I have won some great tools but lost the overview that I had with Outlooks search folder Unread Messages.

I can set that search folder up - that's not the problem.
But I end up with the standard Outlook list view and no way to add the Topic line that my inbox now has.
Of course I can see the Topic in the toolbar ... but ...


Any ideas?

You can customize the view you are using in Unread Messages by going to View > Current View > Customize Current View.
1. Press Fields
2. Select Forms
3. Select Application Forms
4. Add ClearContext
5. Add CC-TopicName
6. Move it to the position you would like it in.
7. Change the maximum number of lines to show at the top to 3.

I can follow up to step 3 (even though I am using a German version) but under application forms I cannot find ClearContext and I cannot add it.


.... hang on: its under personal forms (Persönliche Formulare) ok found it, done it


can I rename the field into simply *Topic* instead of *CC-TopicName*?

You can change the name of the field using the "Format Columns" button in the customize view dialog.
