how to delete after reply

Hi!
I had to install office from scratch and lost my settings in CC.
I used to have a dialog box popping up after a reply to ask for a topic or to delete the message. Can anyone please help me find that setting again?
The only thing I have at the moment is to assign a topic. The radio button on the "delete message" option is gone.

However, I managed CC to pop up a dialog box right after clicking on send.
It showed, do nothing, file to topic or delete options.
Any clue on how to get CC to pop up the dialog box when send is pressed.

Uncheck the items at ClearContext > Options > Preferences > Misc > Automatic Action Notfications.

Sorry, have tried it, doesn't work.
Will try to find how I got it to work in the first time.
The three radio buttons with the ability to have delete as the default option and at the same time be able to choose any of the other options is excellent.

Let's take a step back:

1. Verify that all Automatic Action Notifications are un-checked in ClearContext > Options > Preferences > Misc.:


2. Click Reply on a message.

3. In the Reply, change the value of Orig Msg to Delete or File to Topic:


4. When you send the reply, you will receive this dialog:


ClearContext will remember the last value set for Original Message, so the next time you reply you won't have to set the value to Delete again.

That's what you're looking for, correct? Does it work this way for you? If not, go to ClearContext > About > Email Support, send me the data in that email along with a screen print of the Misc preferences tab and a screen print of a reply before you send it. Thanks.

Is this feature removed for version 5?
Just upgraded and found that it doesn't delete and the setting in the mail window doesn't exist.

The ability to delete the original message on reply has been removed from v5. You can still file the original, however.
