Inbox Prioritization Coloring Disappears

If the colors disappear from your inbox, first check to make sure that a ClearContext View is selected, as indicated by the arrow icon on the CC toolbar. You may also restore the view by clicking it and answering yes when prompted to restore.

Outlook 2000 users will see this problem frequently if they are not running Outlook 2000 Service Pack 3 or greater. See our Beta FAQ for more detail and information on upgrading your system.
