Messages received while Outlook off not fully processed

I am having this problem, but I can't find a specific reference in this forum. This was not an issue for me prior to V5 on this same system.
All messages received to my inbox while Outlook is not running are not being fully processed.

Specifically:

  • The project appears to be assigned
  • Categories are not set (CC-OK or CC-VIP)
  • They are not auto-filed (those set to do so)

Wondering if anyone else is seeing this behavior.

My environment is Outlook 2003, Exchange 2007 server

Sorry, I should have mentioned that I have tried that. I even have it set to 10000ms and still see it.
It may also be worth mentioning that I'm using cached Exchange mode.

Just to be certain, the delay will only affect messages received after the change has been made. Assuming you are seeing the issue on new messages, do you use another device or PC to access your email while Outlook is closed on the PC running ClearContext?

Understood. I am referring to messages after the delay change. I don't expect retroactive changes.

I also receive email via the corp BES.

Please go to ClearContext > About > Email Support and send us the data in that email. Include screen prints showing messages that were affected. In particular:

1. A message that should have been marked CC VIP and the corresponding contacts
2. A message that should have been autofiled and the corresponding AutoAssign rule

Ok, looks like I figured out what is causing me problems.
It’s not an interoperability issue with GD. There is an interaction issue with X1 (http://www.x1.com), however.
It’s very reproducible. With X1 loaded, when Outlook is started, CC doesn’t process any new pending email. Without X1 loaded, new pending email is processed just fine when Outlook is started.
