Need to reinstall

It appears that my IT support updated Outlook and now all my ClearContext menus are gone. I tried reinstalling from my machine but couldn't find clearmail.msi. I did find clearmail.dll and .ico. I'm a ClearContext Pro user. How can I reinstall without paying again? Is there a way to reinstall without going back to the web site?

Is ClearContext listed in Add/Remove Programs (Control Panel)? If so, uninstall. Then try downloading the installer from the website and re-installing from there. You can then re-enter your registration key manually via ClearContext > About.

If the re-install does not work, I have another workaround to try. Send an email to support at clearcontext dot com for more detail.
