CLEAR CONTEXT DOESNT WORK!!!

I just started up my computer this morning, opened outlook, and no clear context. I have been using it for over a month with no issues and for some reason it is now gone. what is happening??? i have a lot of data tied to it.

i tried reinstalling and it still doesnt boot up. i went into trusted add-ins and it was unchecked. i checked it, closed out and reopened and it still doesnt open. went back into trusted add-ins and unchecked again.

See this from our FAQ to re-enable. Note that you need to check BOTH COM Add-ins and Disabled Items in the Trust Center.
