CC IMS 5.0.2 Not Installing Correctly on Office 2010

I upgraded from Office 2007 and CCIMS 4.6.6 doing the following steps on two client machines
1 - uninstall 4.6.6 through the control panel, reboot
2 - install Office 2010 x86 using the upgrade path, reboot
3 - install ccims 5.0.2, reboot
4 - fire up outlook 2010.

On the first client machine, a Dell D830 with Windows 7 x64 (Office is x86), everything appears fine as you can see by this screen shot.

On the second client machine, a desktop running Windows 7 x64 (office is x86), following the steps above and subsequently the CCIMS "really uninstall me" tool for 5.0.2, I get the following.

What I see on the desktop is - No Clear Context tab like in the laptop client.

Ideas?

Setup hasn't completed on your second machine. I suspect the setup screen has popped under Outlook somewhere. Check your task bar. If that isn't it, try re-enabling ClearContext.

I have an update on this. I have been able to get the menu item above the ribbon to appear by doing the following:
1 - load outlook. This gives me the following screen

2 - file>options>add-ins>manage com add ins. disable ClearContext, hit OK. This turns off all CC functionality as expected.
3 - file>options>add-ins>manage com add ins. enable clear context, hit OK. This brings back CC and the menu item appears and works as expected, however, when I am in the inbox view, you can see the ClearContext ribbon item is blank - it is essentially dead and does not activate when switching between messages.

4 - Interestingly, all message functionality is dead once I do this process.

Help? Any options besides
1 - going back to 2007 and 4.6.6
2 - paving the machine and starting over

Hi Support, I saw your message after I posted the other one - I was in the process of writing. I do not have any missing windows under outlook. I can try to uninstall and re-install again, which I've done twice, to see if anything was missed. As for the second option - you can see my success with it.

Ideas?

Try a complete uninstall/reinstall.

If that doesn't work, uninstall using the script again, uninstall 2010, reinstall 2010, reinstall ClearContext.

Update.
1 - Uninstalled CC 5.0.2 using the script, reboot
2 - Uninstalled all Microsoft 2010 Office products, reboot
3 - Installed Microsoft Office 2010, reboot
4 - Installed CCIMS 5.0.2, reboot
5 - Launched Outlook 2010, went through the CC setup options, closed Outlook, reboot
6 - Launch Outlook 2010.

Same error as above.

Any other ideas?

Try this:

1. Uninstall ClearContext
2. Create a new profile in Outlook
3. Let it rebuild your mail file
4. Install ClearContext

???

No luck. I got sick of fighting it and did a clean Windows 7 installation. In the end, I'll spend less time reinstalling everything than I would troubleshooting this.
