Trouble with Reinstall

My laptop crashed and I needed to reinstall everything. However, I also have clear context on my desktop. Unfortunately, when I reinstalled on my laptop it will not pull my project data over exchange.

I am using Outlook 2010 with Exchange 2010 and ClearContext 5.1. Please help

Please allow Outlook time to replicate your entire mail file. It will say All folders up to date in the bottom right hand corner when it's done.

If that's not the issue, describe in more detail what is missing after the reinstall so that we can diagnose.

I have products added and it currently says No Projects found even though there are Project folders in my main Project folder and I have set it to the correct Project folder in settings.

Go to ClearContext > About > Email Support and send is the data in that email along with a screen print of ClearContext > Options, your project selector and your folder list. Thanks.

You are viewing your Active project list. Click Active in the Dashboard and select Find to see the entire list.
