Managing multiple inbox profiles

With Outlook 2010 using multiple e-mail accounts (Exchange and POP), Clear Context 5.2.2 processing the primary (Exchange) fine but not the POP e-mail account. The POP account has [Inbox] automatically assigned but without any prioritization, etc. How can this be enabled?

ClearContext can only actively manage your primary, default Inbox. There is no way to enable prioritization outside of the primary Inbox at this time.
