OpenMsgStore failed/OnStartupComplete: failed initialization

The following errors usually indicate that Outlook was restarted too quickly after closing:

SEVERE_ERROR: (PROGRAM, .\Connect.cpp, 408)
OnStartupComplete: failed initialization

SEVERE_ERROR: (MAPI, .\Managers\DataStoreManager.cpp, 129)
OpenMsgStore failed


A reboot should fix the problem. If it does not, try the general troubleshooting in this post.
