Try rebooting your PC. If the problem persists, your cc_user.db file is corrupted. ClearContext uses this file to track Topic Suggestions and Email Effectiveness statistics. To resolve:
- Close Outlook
- Rename cc_user.db to cc_user_bu.db. This file is located:
XP: C:\Documents and Settings\USER_NAME\Local Settings\Application Data\ClearContext\ClearContext Information Management System\
VISTA: C:\Users\{USER_NAME}\AppData\Local\ClearContext\ClearContext Information Management System
Where {USER_NAME} is your Windows login name. You may need to display hidden files and folders to find this directory. - Open Outlook
Please note that you will lose your email effectiveness historical data when you perform this repair.

Once repaired, please go to ClearContext > About > Email Support and send a zipped copy of the corrupted database (cc_user_bu.db) so that we can take a closer look. Thanks!
