Would like to get some feedback on the best way to accomplish something. . .

I love the !Next category, but it's not working exactly how I think it should. Here's the type of Projects I'm dealing with.

I support PreSales for about 300 clients. Each client has unique activities going on, so I can't lump all clients under the "PreSales" project because the !Next isn't accurate. Would you break out each client as a Project, and use subprojects to handle the different sales tracks that I have going on, and use !Next for each subproject? That makes sense, but do i really want to have 300+ projects i'm managing?

How would you handle this in your environment?

email me at if you want to take this offline.

Jason - it really falls down to personal preference and whatever works best for you, but the strict GTD'ers will tell you to set up a project for each client.
