Online Metrics showing no data

When I hit "Compare metrics online" from with the Scorecard I'm taken to a page which says "NO DATA CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR USER ".

At the bottom of the page is "What's This? Last upload from Outlook: 153 Days Ago". I'm connected to the web constantly with my laptop. I'm also logged in.

If I hit the link to scorecard and this has data for me; albeit 153 days old.

Any ideas how I can connect the stats to my CC installation?

Is "Allow ClearContext to send feature usage and email volume statistics" checked in ClearContext > Options > Misc?

Yes this is checked previously, so not the cause of the problem.

Please send me some additional information so that I can take a closer look:

1. Log out of the forums
2. In Outlook, press compare stats online
3. Send me the URL that appears in your browser. It should be something like: http://online.clearcontext.com/ol_onlin ... xxxxxxxxxx

Michele:

That outlook id has not been associated with your account. There is an older id associated with the account, but data has not been uploaded via it since last year. I assume that you changed PCs or reinstalled ClearContext?

Please try pressing Compare Your Stats online and logging into the forums when asked to do so. Does the data appear as you expect?

Yes, I have reinstalled Clear Context, but I have the same laptop from last year. I tried as you suggested and received the following message: Sorry, we've encountered an unexpected condition.

I do have a new laptop that broke and is back with the manufacturer, so will I have problems then?

Please go to ClearContext > About > Email Support and send me the data created in that email along with a screen print of the error you are receiving. Thanks.

Thanks for the additional detail. You should be able to link your account to your new Outlook setup now.

FYI for anyone who stumbles across this post. If you receive the following error when trying to compare your stats online, let us know and we'll reset your account:

The error reported was: db error: Outlook instance is already associated with another user:

Your metrics association has been reset. Please re-associate your Outlook stats by visiting the stats site through the ClearContext menu/toolbar or from the bottom of the Dashboard sidebar.
