Response time <1minute ?

Hi

Have just installed the Pro trial with a view to purchasing. The main reason for testing is because we want to measure our average response times of emails sent to customers. When I look at my stats / scorecard, it says average response time is less than a minute. This is clearly not the case! Does it just take a while to get going?

it may be that only a small sample of data has been uploaded so far. If your stats still don't look right after a couple of days please let us know and we will take a closer look.
