I noticed that very few Outlook plugins show their tab in the Outlook compose ribbon when launched this way. However, the developers over at gSyncit seem to have found a way - their tab in the ribbon shows up even when launched that way.
To me, this is incredibly important in a business environment. Not being able to label and mark things for followup breaks the flow I've established in CC.
Would you mind taking a look at gSyncit to see if their method might work for CC? The site is fieldstonsoftware , they have a trial/demo version. You'll have to google it, because I had to remove the links from this post because the system complains it's too "spamy".
