I am using Outlook 2007 with paid version of ClearContext. Everything has been working fine, however, now when I click the "File Message" button on the toolbar it does nothing. Please help.
We have seen this in cases where you have reached the size limit of your PST file, or if there is corruption in your datafile. Take a look at your datafile size, if it is approximately 2gb, you have probably hit the limit and need to archive your older items. If that doesn't seem to be the problem, use SCANPST to check and fix your data file as described in step 1 here: http://www.clearcontext.com/help/performance.html
Please send us an email by pressing "email support" from the ClearContext About screen we can look at the diagnostic information.
If you are running Outlook 2003/2007, press the ClearContext menu then About. On Outlook 2010, go to the ClearContext tab, press the More button on the right, and then About.
