OUTLOOK 2011 for MAC

Hi, i'm testing the new office 2011 for mac and, in this release the microsoft dev teams switch from entourage to outlook.

the UI is completelly the same that in WIN OS so, is "urgent :-))))" to dedicate some effort to create also the version for mac.
I'm using clearcontext on windows O 2010 day and night and the possibilities to use it also on mac is outstanding.

can you think about it??

anyway great job in 5.1 release.

Thanks for the feedback. Though the name and UI have changed, the platform is still missing the requisite support for add-ins like ours and poses significant development challenges.

Scott, thanks for the response. Those of us using Outlook 2011 for Mac who have ClearContext on Outlook for Windows are still very interested in a Mac version!

How about getting with the program ClearContext, any smart business knows that a successful product is created as a solution when their is a problem.

The problem is many people are requesting a mac version, plus alot of people are converting and purchasing mac nowadays than ever before, mac is getting out here, and you guys have blinkers it seems and not seeing that.

All you say is there is no estimate date to look into this, how about providing a more constructive responce like 'we are currently looking into assiging a mac development team to make a mac version possible'

I'm only replying like this now , cause the same reply form you guys is allways the same and its been like this for a couple of years now.

Hope to see a mac version soon

I would buy it too. I hate Microsoft OS so much. I can get to my exchange servers from my Mac, but I am unwilling to live without Clearcontext.

If there is no timeline in sight for an outlook version for the Mac, I'd like to find out some good alternatives from other frustrated users that have moved from the Windows OS.

Any suggestions are welcome.
