Database not properly closed properly

Outlook had a serious problem with the Clear Context add-in. I disabled the Itunes and Icloud add-in's and the user still gets the database error about once a week for the last month, and the other message about the CC add-in started last week.

There types of problems are often caused by corruption in the mail file. Please run SCANPST on your mail files as described here: http://www.clearcontext.com/help/performance.html

If that does not solve the problem, send us a support request by going to ClearContext->Help. (ClearContext -> About in v5 and earlier)
