Two Issues with Clear Context 5.41

First, whenever I boot up my computer - outlook now asks for my Profile.

Second, when Outlook starts up I have two sidebars for Clearcontext. If I close one it will stay that way until I reboot my computer.

Some other program is loading Outlook in the background at startup. Maybe Google Sync or something like that?

Regardless, turning the profile query off should eliminate the message. Open Mail from Windows Control Panel, select Show Profiles and and select "Always use this profile" at the bottom.

That I think will fix the first issue but what about the second issue?

Once you fix the profile problem, the Dashboard issue will be resolved.

The Profile issue is fixed but the Dashboard issue is not fixed. It still opens up to with Two Dashboards on cold starts.

What service are you using that is loading Outlook in the background at startup? If you wait until it completes syncing before you start Outlook, do you still see the issue?

I am currently on ClearContext Professional 6.01 and I also see the the issue with the two dashboards on startup. I use the addon with Outloook 2010, 32bit. I do not, though, have more than one email profile set up (and am not prompted for a profile name on startup).

I do, however, have two PSTs on this profile - one for my work email address and another for my private emails... Are dashboards linked to PSTs?

Actually... forget that. I used the "Reset Views" button in the ClearContext add-on preferences menu and that resolved the multiple dashboards issue.

The multiple dashboards may have been a temporary glitch, and reset of views a coincidence as there should be no connection between the views and the dashboard. In any case, glad to hear the issue is resolved!
