Hello,

We use ClearContext specifically for its ability to track response time. Now, judging from all the topics I have been reading concerning the scorecard, there is currently no way to configure its metrics. (Such as excluding weekends, holidays, and vacation time.) Is this correct?

If there is a way to change the configuration, can you please show me how?

If this is not currently a function of ClearContext, is this something that you might be able to look at in future upgrades?

Yes, it is the case that there is no configuration for the metrics and that weekends/holidays are currently included in response time. We do hope to address this in a future release of the product.
