Hi,

I am receiving this email message from Outlook now and was wondering how CC can possably be making this worse? Using Outllok 2013 on Office365.

Your mailbox folder hierarchy is approaching a quota limit.
Your mailbox folder "\Top of Information Store" has a large number of child folders. It contains 922 folders.
922 folders 1000 folders Current size Maximum size
Please reduce the number of child folders by removing folders you don't need or moving folders to a different location in the folder hierarchy.

George

ClearContext only creates the following folders:
- filing/Project folders
- Deferred message folders
- AutoFile folders

so I wouldn't think using ClearContext would cause the creation of folders beyond what you normally use. You may need to go through an archive ones that you don't use anymore. Also, check the deleted items folder in case there are a large number of deleted ones for some reaseon.
