MS Forms Issue: Could not load some objects...

The following error occurs when opening a message if a form that ClearContext is looking for is missing or corrupted:

Microsoft Forms
Could not load some object because they are not available on this machine.


To resolve, run Help > Diagnostics (2007) or Help > Detect & Repair (2003) from within Outlook. The latter will likely ask for your Office installation CDs.

If that doesn't fix the issue, try a complete, thorough uninstall of ClearContext.

I have recently had this problem and it was related to the option of viewing "MessageContext" in the inbox. When I disabled this option the message "Could not load some objects ..." disappeared.
The problem was solved surprisingly easy - just going to dashboard screen once. It seems this action rebuilt missing objects and once I got back to the Inbox (or any other folder) and activated "MessageContext" option everything worked OK.

BTW, Outlook 2007 diagnostics did not find anything ...

Nara - have you tried running Help > Detect & Repair and/or a complete/thorough install as outlined in the first post?

Same problem.

Windows 7, Office 2007

I've tried the following:

1. go to the dashboard (dashboard opens as small window on right side of screen - does not look right.)
2. run Outlook diagnostics
3. uninstall and re-install clear context.

When ClearContext is installed I get the Microsoft Forms dialog "Could not load some objects because they are not available on this machine" everytime I open an email - after dismissing the dialog/popup - the email loads normally.

If I uninstall ClearContext the message goes away. Re-install ClearContext and it is back

The same issue has appeared for me today. Uninstalled & reinstalled ClearContext and run Office 2010 diagnositcs. Problem only exists when ClearContext is installed and the Message Context functionality is enabled. I use that functionality and would like to have it, however. I've noticed that there isn't a complete uninstall procedure for CC v6. Is one of the old ones usable in my situation?

Re-installation of ClearContext is unlikely to help in this situation. There is a problem with a Microsoft Forms component on your computer.

It is possible that a Windows Update to office did not install completely. Can search your computer for ".exd" files and try deleting them? More information on this is described here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2598039

Update: Microsoft has an automated fix available that may solve the problem:

Outlook 2010 - http://support.microsoft.com/KB/2597986#FixItForMe

The only other step that we've seen that may fix it is a complete uninstall and reinstall of Microsoft Office.
