Old Mails not part of statistics?

Postby jgkiser » Mon Feb 02, 2015 10:05 am

Hello,
First time user. My Outlook box is a couple months old, and I was hoping for statistics to take my old email into account. For example, it thinks my inbox size is 0, and only counts up from there with new emails received.
Is this working as intended, or is there a way to scan emails and load a baseline of sorts?

There are a few simple statistics that ClearContext tries to historically recreate for the 30 days prior to installation such as sent and received. However, statistics such as the Inbox size have to be collected while ClearContext is running, and those stats will only be available from when ClearContext was installed.
