Personalized statistics

Hi, I'm testing the 30-day trial version and the only thing my team needs is the statistics tab.

The problem is that they're not personalizable, meaning that I cannot rescale the axis.

My goal is to measure my team response time, but look at what I get:

Could someone help me on how to better visualize these data?

When you first setup the product, ClearContext is able to gather some types of historical stats such as email volume. However, for other types, such as response time, it can only collect the data as you are running the product. The graph you attach reflects that no data is yet available for that stat type. Once you use the product for a few days, you should be able to see some meaningful data and graphs for response time.
