As far as we know, Michael Linenberger did not explicitly create any MYN view that calls out those zones/task types separately. Instead he provided some guidance on how those types map to Outlook tasks classifications using priority and start date. The Today by Priority view in the Dashboard is probably the best one to figure out the current tasks to work on for MYN, and the MYN Outlook views are best suited for review and planning.

Extremely miss leading and disappointing.
From your website under the section: WHY USE CLEAR CONTEXT WITH MYN

[i]Managing Tasks Based on Urgency Zones
MYN’s approach (built into this special edition of ClearContext) is to structure the task list into three or four “Urgency Zones.” These are: Critical-Now tasks, Opportunity-Now Tasks, Over-the-Horizon Tasks, and optional Target-Now tasks. These four urgency zones map into the Outlook task list as configured in the MYN Special Edition software. Used in conjunction with the book’s instructions, this provides superior order and efficiency to your Outlook task list and helps you focus on what is important to you.

We apologize if you misunderstood our description of that benefit. Our intention and our reading of the excerpt you included was to call out the urgency zones as defined by MYN and describe how the MYN task ordering in ClearContext makes it easy to map tasks as listed to those urgency zones. The screen print that is adjacent to that text shows how tasks can be displayed in ClearContext and diagrams how they map to the zones.

Hi support,

still a great product....but

My old post refers url below. It does seem that there is enough interest to warrant thinking about implementing something for the MYN users that will meet the requirements as mentioned above by OutSideMyWIndow.
