Hi, I'm using the trial version and have a couple of comments/queries:
- the ability to adjust the Contact priority by Category would be very useful. This would allow users to allocate a priority for all Contacts in a Category, ie. all my business contacts could be High (with the ability to refine further within the Category using the existing functionality)
- Categories could also be used in the Scoring Adjustment - Personalising Email Prioritisation settings (?)
