I just purchased your software, but it appears that you do not support IMAP protocol? Is that correct? If so how do I request a refund since I can only use IMAP due to my travel and my use of e-mail on different computers.

Unfortunately we do not support IMAP at this time. Send an email to sales at clearcontext dot com with your registration information and we'll issue a refund.
