The following error indicates that you are running against online Exchange 5.5:

SEVERE_ERROR: (MAPI, .\Managers\DataStoreManager.cpp, 953)
InitOutlookProps: unable to get named ids
MAPIError: (Microsoft Exchange Server Information Store: The client operation failed. LowError=13f700 Context=13f714)
HRESULT = 80040102


Microsoft discontinued support for Exchange 5.5 in 2006 and ClearContext no longer supports accessing it directly online. Please switch to cached exchange mode or upgrade to Exchange 2003 or better. To switch to Cached Exchange Mode:

  1. Open your accounts list via Tools > Account Settings (2007) or Tools > Email Accounts > Next (2003)
  2. Double-click your Exchange account to open it
  3. Check "use cached Exchange mode"
  4. Exit and restart Outlook

Note that this will create a local copy of your Exchange mail file on your PC.
