Priority and Alert buttons disabled in MX-Contact

Postby philipavery » Fri Sep 25, 2009 2:25 am

I run MX-Contact as a CRM addin for Outlook in Outlook 2007 SP2 in XP Pro SP3. My business contacts are in the MX-Contact PST, and my personal contacts in the standard Outlook PST. MX-Contact has a custom form and although ClearContext appears on the ribbon, the Priority and Alert buttons are disabled (they work on the standard form). Is there any otherway of setting priority?

ClearContext only works with the contacts listed in the primary mail file's contacts folder. There is no way around this at this time. See if you can configure MX-Contact to store your contacts in a sub-folder of your primary contacts folder rather than a separate PST.
