So many folders...

I have just installed and have been trying the trial pro version with Windows XP, Outlook 2007, and I already have a lot of folders in my PST.

It looks like I need to create a new folder for each topic/project which is really confusing me as it seems like I am going to have hundreds of folders in a year.

What am I missing?

Topic=project which = folder right?

Then what do you do with completed topics?
Do you move them to a completed project folder?

I've watched the tutorials and read the manual but seem to be missing something in this area.

You are correct - Topic = Project = Folder. To remove Topics from the list, more the folder to an archive file or folder.

In a future release we will provide the ability to expire/close Topics so that they no longer appear in the list.
