File without Topic

Postby dyerfr1 » Tue Oct 20, 2009 7:12 am

I know this may be counter to the Topic Filing (which I do use), but wondering if it's possible to file to a 'default' folder or PST if no topic is assigned. I typically scan my inbox and assign topics to relevant e-mails, but there tends to be a bunch of 'leftover' e-mails, which I now manually select and drag to a pst.

What I'd like to be able to do is to select a bunch of messages (using shift/click at the first and last message) and then click the 'file message' button... all of the assigned e-mails will go to their respective topic folders, and the ones without a topic will go to this default folder.

(This is a repeat post - I mis-submitted in 'Stats' earlier... thanks).

Thanks,
Frank

There is not currently a way to file to a default folder. Thanks for the suggestion. I have added it to the list for future consideration.
