Problems with View - Expand/Collapse Groups

I am trying this product and it seems pretty good. My biggest issue right now is that every time I go to look into a folder that I have left with all Groups Expanded, they are now collapsed. Is there a way to prevent this? I have tried to set the View in CC when I have the folders set as I want but it does not seem to help. Best Regards, Monica

I'm not sure what is causing this issue, but try forcing your view to expand all groups.

In Outlook 2003, select View > Current View > Customize Current View, select the Group By... button and change the Expand/Collapse default (in the bottom left hand corner) to "all expanded."
