OK, so I have been a faithful user of Clear Context for a few years but inadvertently purchased and downloaded a new copy of the software to our brand new........iMac! Has Outlook for Mac and didn't see anywhere in the purchase and/or download process - including successfully downloading and running installer wizard - that this was NOT going to work on this machine.

That is about the time I saw the forums where people were asking when there would be an Outlook for Mac version.

So, a little help, please. Can you refer me to the proper billing department to resolve this?
