Unable to Enable ClearContext Add-In

Unable to Enable ClearContext Add-In

- What version of Microsoft Windows are you running?
XP
- What version of Microsoft Outlook are you running? (OL2K users indicate whether in Corporate or Internet Only mode).
2007
- What version of ClearContext are you running (see ClearContext > About)?
The Latests
- What type of mail account(s) are you accessing (i.e. POP, IMAP, Exchange, HTTP, etc.)?
POP
- What, if any, additional Outlook Add-in's or Rules are installed?
I disabled all of the other Add-in's, there are a few filtering rules.
- Do you access your mail file from another machine or use a PDA such as a Blackberry?
No.
- How do you reproduce the error?
I enable the add-in through the help menu, then restart Outlook, CC crashes, and then asks if I want to disable it. I say yes. Then I enable it again and the cycle continues.
- What is the severity of the problem? (Fatal - unusable, Serious - workaround avail., Minor
- superficial annoyance)
Fatal and unusuable.

I have scanned the PST multiple times and each time Outlook reports that the file is okay and not damaged.

The problem started out-of-the-blue, and the add-in was working fine previously.

Make sure that you are looking in both COM Add-ins and Disabled Items to re-enable the product. See our FAQ for more detail.

Does running Help > Diagnostics from within Outlook find any errors?

I went ahead and rant he diagnostics and there were no problems found. However the diagnostic did acknowledge that Outlook was crashing. It suggested that I download and install the Outlook update, so I did. When I tried to install the update I was told that the update is already installed.

Can you explain what your problem is? You've posted here on a topic about not being able to enable ClearContext and in another topic where the issue is regarding errors for certain project names and category synchronization.
