effectiveness top score doesnt match..

when looking in outlook
vs
looking on the web the top line number is off by about 10pts..
the web version being lower.
however..
the component elements below
are the same or 1 point higher on the web.

I have not see workload have a mismatch.

These scores are expected to be slightly different depending on last upload time. Try clicking the Compare Your Stats Online button on the scorecard to force a data update. Do you still see a discrepancy?

Thanks for the additional feedback. It's not unexpected for these numbers to be different due to the way information is totaled, calculated and uploaded from the Outlook client. I do agree that in your case the difference is greater than we would like to see. We're looking into it and may close the gap in a future release.

I have the same problem - the outlook effectiveness score is lower than on the web.

The web site itself shows two (three?) different numbers - home/stats/scorecard options all show different numbers!

Surprising that the four locations use four different algorithms!

What's the last update time online? (Indicated at the bottom of the stats screens when you're logged in).

Update time is typically less than 30mins - right now it is <1min.

Do you use Outlook on more than one machine? Is ClearContext installed on all machines?

Thanks for the additional feedback. It doesn't sound like your environment would be causing a significant change in the calculations. I suspect this is the usual variance due to the factors mentioned above. We will be making some changes to the way stats work in v5.1 - please let me know if you see a major discrepancy after the upgrade.
