Autofile counters are incorrect

The counters on my dashboard are not in sync with what's really in each of the folders. It's a simple question I want to submit. I really love this application and plan to use it, but if my dashboard doesn't accurately show new unread emails in each of my autofile folders, it almost completely negate the value of clearcontext. I really want to use this application. I love it, so please tell me I can get this working accurately!

Try checkin your PST and/or OST mail files for errors. The process is described in step 1 here: http://www.clearcontext.com/help/performance.html

If that doesn't fix the problem, send a support request from within the product: ClearContext->Help (ClearContext->About in v5 and earlier)

Thanks. The first step worked. Didn't have to go past that one. This is a first. Love the product and now the tech support. You guys are the greatest!
