Scorecard Data Not Being Uploaded After Reinstall

I had to get a rebuild on my computer due to a corrupt O/S. I re-installed ClearContext and my data. All appears fine on the computer however it appears that I must have changed some sort of email association per what I read in prior forum threads. The link I see in Outlook is: http://online.clearcontext.com/ol_mores ... a14c05bc62 Can you please reset/reassociate my email address with my current and old data??

It is not currently possible to merge your original and new sets of email data. However, if you are comfortable with some technical tweaking, it may be possible to attach your computer back to your original data.
