Group Metrics

We are trying to determine group workload and as part of that we need to see invidual metrics. The "admin" or one of the members of the group would need access to seeing the for example the qty of messages received, sent and average response time for that day/week for each member. Getting this functionality will be the pivot point for our company to decide if we want to invest in this product. Please advise.

The best way to do this is for each user to go into their Preferences at and allow viewing of their My Stats page under privacy settings. You can then view a snapshot of each users stats on their My Stats page like this one:
