Autofile messages not in Autofile folder

ClearContext Daily Digest email says emails were autofiled, but when I look at those folders, they are empty. This only happens with some of the Autofile folders. I have done a repair to Outlook. Any suggestions?

We replied to your email as well. Based on this description that you only seeing this in certain folders, it is probably not our other suggestion to see if you are filing AutoFile messages to an alternate mail file.

Another possibility is that they are being filed elsewhere by Outlook. Outlook sometimes files messages to the junk folder. Also there is a new "clutter" feature in Outlook that files some of the types of email that AutoFile does automatically, so you can check the clutter folder as well.

We have seen specifically in the case of junk emails that ClearContext simultaneously tries to file a message while Outlook moves it to the junk folder. So it is reported to be filed by ClearContext, but afterwards moved by Outlook elsewhere.
