Autofile folder not created

Hi

I'm double-clicking on a folder in the Autofile tab withing the dashboard.

The folder does not open and a dialog box appears with the message: "The specified folder has not yet been created"

I've searched your help, the forums and the wider internet and cannot find any mention of this.

Can you help please?

Does the folder actually exist in Outlook? ClearContext does not create an AutoFile folder until the first time a messages needs to be filed into that folder, so that message is expected if the folder has not yet been used or created.
