Contacts; Manual Priority Adjustment - BY CATEGORY?

Hi, I'm using the trial version and have a couple of comments/queries:

- the ability to adjust the Contact priority by Category would be very useful. This would allow users to allocate a priority for all Contacts in a Category, ie. all my business contacts could be High (with the ability to refine further within the Category using the existing functionality)
- Categories could also be used in the Scoring Adjustment - Personalising Email Prioritisation settings (?)

Thanks for the feature suggestion. I'll add it to our list for future consideration. As you continue to use the product please keep those ideas coming.

One other thought - is there any advantage in retaining the prioritisation within the topic folders?

I'm tending to:
- review my prioritised inbox
- action each email (looking forward to the calendar/task creation as I do this manually now)
- delete or file each email in the topic folder
- then when reviewing emails in mt topic folders there is no prioritisation retained (other than the standard Outlook views I guess)

I'm not sure whether it's important as it's early days for me in using the application.

FYI I use a hosted Exchange 2003 account ( - great service!) across a desktop/laptop/PocketPC.

We will be implementing ClearContext functionality in other folders in a future release, as it is one of our most requested features. It is currently on our product plan. For more detail, see this post.
