Issues with Word documents

I am using the trial 4.6 of ClearContext with Office 2003 & exchange. After extensive loading and unloading of programs I discovered the following errors in Word while Clear Context is running in Outlook:
1. The mouse is no longer moveable with the curser
2. The scroll bar is no longer useable
3. There is no right click menu
4. Auto numbering no longer functions
5. Loading Word documents from explorer no longer works
6. Templates saved from Word are corrupt
I was trying to persuade my hospital to buy this for our IS medical group, but until we can address these issues we are holding off.

These are not expected errors and have not been reported previously. It sounds like there is some corruption in your Office install. Does the issue occur on other user's PCs in your organization?

Assuming not, run Help > Detect & Repair from within Outlook and see if that fixes the issue. You will likely be asked for your Office install CDs when you do so.

If that doesn't help, the issue could be due to a conflict with another add-in or some other corruption present on your profile. Please run through our troubleshooting script to repair.

I am eager to hear the results of these fixes.

With desktop supports help we:
1. turned off all addins
2. reinstalled Word
3. ran detect & repair - no issues
4. deleted and rebuilt my profile
5. uninstalled and reinstalled CC
What is next in your mind?

Try changing the way ClearContext uses Word as an editor by following this script:
