We released ClearContext for Microsoft Outlook Beta 4 today. The new release adds additional functionality and cleans up a few issues found during Beta 3 testing. In particular:
1. A ClearContext drop down list box has been added to the toolbar to allow quick access to options, autoassign, etc..
2. Outlook 2000 is now fully supported, including Internet Only mode.
3. A conflict with Pocket PC/ ActiveSync devices has been resolved.
4. Beta 4 resolves a shutdown problem for Outlook 2000 users.
5. Extraneous warning messages that did not affect functionality have been eliminated.

Also, given feedback from the Beta, we changed our default views to brighter colors so that it is easier to distinguish between each priority level. If you like the old colors or would like to try out some different color schemes, see our for our new, downloadable views.

The download for Beta 4 is located at If you are already running Beta 3, please remove and then install Beta 4. Let us know what you think of the release right here in the forum!
