Number of e-mail addresses exported is less than the real

Hi,

Trying the trial version of CC v5.2.2 I experience some mistake.
I select a folder to analyse in Contact Exporter, lets say "Candidates". I deselect "Limit Scan to..." and deselect "Search Subfolders" because there's no subfolder inside. I click Next and it analize the folder, I click Next again.

Contact Exporter keeps showing me the same 12 e-mail addresses all the time BUT there's 22 different senders.

Is it a normal function or some bug? Or just a limitation of the trial software? This way the software is unusable for me and I can not decide to buy or not because I can't do a real test run.

The Exporter has two limitations that may be having an impact:
  1. It only extracts email addresses in the FROM field. It doesn't grab emails addresses in the TO field. Sent Items won't result in found email addresses.
  2. It only extracts email addresses sent to you. If there are emails that were sent to someone else and/or an old account that you no longer use, ClearContext won't recognize these as valid emails.
