Are you using Michael Linenberger's Total Workday Control System to get on top of your work day? We have a special version of ClearContext that integrates TWC views into Outlook. For more detail, see our TWC partner page:

http://www.clearcontext.com/partners/twc/

If you have questions about TWC and ClearContext or suggestions for best use, post them here.

We've posted a new build with some new TWC views on our partner page. This includes Outlook 2007 To Do Bar Support.

One note - if you are running Windows Vista as an Administrator with UAC turned off, you will need to go through an extra step to initialize the views. See this page for more detail.

Outlook 2003 SP2 on XP, with the LiveMeeting and Salesforce add-ins.

Suggestions?

Did you download and install the executable from here?

If so and you don't see the views, are you running Windows Vista? If so, this may be your problem:

Windows Vista Users: If UAC is off and the TWC views do not appear after install, see this page.

David:

Sorry to ask the same question again, but I didn't get an explicit answer. Did you download and install the executable from here?

If not, please do so and see if the views are available.

If you did run that executable, please make sure that you are looking in the right place for the views. You won't see TWC views under ClearContext > Inbox Views. Go to the Tasks pane and see View > Current view > Arrange By - do you see TWC views listed there?

If you still aren't seeing the views, trying running the fix listed on the page for Vista users. Thanks.

Try running the fix listed on this page for Vista users.

Then, from the Inbox, see View > Current View - do you see TWC views listed there?

Thanks.

just a question before installing the TWC version of CC.

I'm using CC with spanish outlook. that means I had to manually rewrite the rules to assign colors to emails.

If I install the TWC version, will the rules get deleted , so I will have to rewrite them all again??

thanks
Miquel

No, your newly configured views should not be overwritten when initializing the TWC views.

Just a note that this worked for me - forgot to close the loop and let you know. OS = XP.

Best,

I'm starting a new thread on this for the new edition of TWC. Please refer to it if you stumble across this post.

I'm interested in switching over from the GTD add-in as it will not work on 64-bit versions of Office 2013 which I'm now running.

I tried the 64 bit installer and get a message that says "This version of Clear Context is for 64 bit version of Outlook. Please run the standard ClearContext Installer."

UGH!! I'm definitely running Office 2013 64-bit

I then tried to install the 32 bit version. The installer seems to run, but the app does not launch. I went into the Add-ins in outlook and tried activating, but it won't work.

I need some help pretty please.

We replied to the note you sent us when you uninstalled with instructions to hopefully solve the issue.
